 Hi Bloggers,

Got all letters and leaflets all enveloped up just got to get the stamps. Then rely on the postman to deliver and then all the schools will be begging me to buy books and visit schools and all sorts.

Ok dream over, here is the poem I tried to send you yesterday for your enjoyment.

Will keep you posted on any developments.

solation Random Rhyme #1

Good Morning, hope you’re all doing well

As promised, here’s a random rhyme

Kids all back to school, most people back to work

Isolation days are over, we can even now go out for a good time.

So Happy International Bacon Day

Also International Day of Charity in all nations

Speaking of which, thanks again

I raised £700 in total from all your MS donations.

No! I haven’t finished book two yet

But, because I haven’t been able to do a book launch for book one

I’ve been making leaflets and writing to primary schools

About my Times tables book and The Hedgerow Diaries for everyone.

So after this very last bottle of gin

I intend to sit down and finish book two

The book is written and edited

There is only the illustrations to do.

As the world is now socially distancing

Being extra careful with masks and antibacterial

I sit here, with my gloves on, holding my mask writing this for you

Watching James Martin and eating my cereal.

So stay safe and be careful

By now we all know how

I’ll be back soon with another random rhyme

For now, I leave you and to make you smile- A painting I did of a cow.

Stay well, stay safe.                                Polly P Perkins.
